All three and four year olds are eligible for 15 hours of funded education up to and including the term in which they turn five.

For example, if a Reception child turns five in January, they are entitled to the funding for the Autumn and Spring Term. Kindergarten children are eligible for funding for their entire Kindergarten year.

The exact savings per term vary, as the amount is calculated by the council on a week by week basis. However, approximately £1000 per term is deducted from the termly fee for eligible children.

Childcare Vouchers

Childcare Vouchers can be used to pay for:

  • Afterschool Homework Club
  • Extra-Curricular Clubs
  • Residential trips

Childcare Vouchers cannot be used to pay for Tuition or Lunch Fees.

Fee Policy

Fees and charges may vary at the discretion of the Head Teacher and Directors. A full term’s notice will be provided for any changes. Fee adjustments are usually made annually for the start of the new academic year.

In line with Government policy, VAT has been applied to fees, as appropriate, from 1 January 2025.
